Responsible for cleaning and maintaining public spaces to create a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for guests, visitors, and staff. This role requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work efficiently within a busy environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To prepare public areas as allocated.
  • Be constantly aware of guest needs and recognise the expectations of guests.
  • To anticipate guest requirements and take appropriate action to avoid guest complaints.
  • To ensure that any guest complaints are reported to the Head or Deputy Head Housekeeper.
  • To act as a Sales Person, promoting the image of the Hotel at all times.
