Be responsible for assisting the Bar & Lounge Manager and F&B Manager in overseeing all food and beverage operations in the Lounge and bar area. To provide the highest quality of guest service in the Lounge and Bar with the aim at all times to exceed customer expectations, ensure total guest satisfaction, maximize repeat custom and maintain quality standards. This is an excellent opportunity to join the junior management team.
Key Responsibilities:
- To deputise, when necessary, for Lounge & Bars Manager
- In Managers absence, to lead the service of food and beverages to the standard set, supporting the Food and Beverage Assistants
- Lay up and break down of the Lounge for various services throughout the day, as per Function details or as directed.
- Correct handling, storage and cleaning of all food service equipment as detailed on the work plans.
