Food & Beverage Assistant Overview
To carry out table service in the Lounge & Bar department, maintaining the maximum quality of standards required to ensure optimum guest satisfaction.
Food & Beverage Assistant Key Responsibilities
- To ensure professional Guest focus at all times and to ensure all Guests are acknowledged warmly wherever you find them throughout the Hotel.
- Be an ambassador for Tylney Hall Hotel and promote all services, the calendar of events, promotional offers and other relevant information.
- To arrive on time for your shift, well-presented and ready to work.
Report immediately to the department manager/supervisor and take responsibility for ensuring you are equipped for the required tasks (eg, order pad and pen, bottle opener).
- To attend pre-shift briefing as required, and to follow the direction of supervisory staff on duty about tasks, and always ask for assistance if you are unsure or need support.
- To proactively seek out tasks to complete, and to support the supervisory staff on duty at all times.
- To work in line with the set standards of your department manager, with a positive can-do attitude.
