Guest Relations Manager – Full Time

Overview
To act as front-line person between our Guests and Front Desk for all guests\’ expectations and to be part of a warm, caring and professional team member working closely alongside with Reception, Concierge and Reservations. The role does require to carry out Duty Management shifts.
Hours of work will be 40 hours per week, working five days out of seven, including weekends and evenings, so flexibilty is required.
Key Responsibilities
- A background in dealing with customer service.
- Has a proactive interest in genuine hospitality, be confident, discreet and positive.
- Act as the liaison between Concierge and Reception, ensuring smooth running of guests\’ expectations.
- Good command of English, be an excellent communicator
- Well organised with proven problem solving skills, have the confidence to deal with guest issues and display attention to detail.
