Breakfast Host
to join their busy Garden Restaurant team on a Part Time Basis.
Overview
As Breakfast Host, you will be responsible for welcoming and seating all guests arriving for Breakfast in the Garden Restaurant at peak times. This will involve at times managing large numbers of people as sometimes over 200 guests will visit the restaurant in under a two hour period.
You will be responsible for managing the seating arrangements in the restaurant, dealing with any special requests, and at times managing multiple requests at once including assisting and guiding thje breakfast team.
Other responsibilities may include assisting in the set up for dinner service and other mise-en-place duties.
Hours per week are 25 over 5 days, from 6am β 11am. You must be available to work Saturday and Sunday mornings and most Bank Holidays. Set days off midweek will be considered.
