Elite Hotels (Rotherwick) Ltd. is seeking a Learning & Culture Executive to embed culture, standards and behavioural expectations across the property. You will design, deliver and support learning activities through on-the-job, online and classroom training, collaborating with the HR Manager and department heads.

This site-based, 32 hours per week role focuses on induction, compliance training and customer service coaching within a hospitality setting, mentoring apprentices and fostering a positive work environment.
