Our Sales & Marketing Manager will work alongside our senior management team and Director of Sales and Marketing to deliver our financial and service objectives here at Tylney Hall Hotel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead the annual sales & marketing plan to successfully deliver the Elite Hotels vision, commercial targets, and customer satisfaction.
- Solicit new and existing corporate accounts to meet and exceed revenue goals.
- Account management of our corporate agreements, MICE agreements, and partnerships.
- Review and audit our current sales processes.
- Implement new strategies and lead our sales and marketing culture.
- In conjunction with our wider sales team, attend trade shows, community events, and industry meetings.
- Attend and lead our weekly Yield meetings.
- Be our data and reporting ambassador for sales and marketing, Opera reporting, and data analysis.
- Host familiarisation and press trips, ensuring the best representation for Tylney Hall.
- Support with hotel show rounds, including MICE and weddings with the goal of increasing enquiry conversion rates.
- Be our ambassador for Elite Diners to improve performance and drive revenue.
- Encourage and evoke a sales and marketing culture.
- Maximise opportunities as they present.
- Develop and manage the S&M budget in conjunction with the Director of Sales and Marketing and Head of Marketing.
- Management of an Events Sales Manager and a Reservations Manager.
- Setting financial targets, implementing processes, and supporting day-to-day activities.
- Analysis of local market trends and competitor activity.
- Proactively gather content for social media marketing.
- Working alongside a central marketing support team, executing marketing campaigns, and actively promoting on-property.
- Create and update, take to market, and drive results for the annual Calendar of Promotions and special events.
- Ensure the hotel is represented accurately on all external platforms maximising results. This includes all key segments: leisure, corporate, MICE, and weddings.
- Work alongside our Group Sales Manager to proactively engage with business prospects.
