Lounge & Bar Supervisor Overview:
Be responsible for assisting the Bar & Lounge Manager and F&B Manager in overseeing all food and beverage operations in the Lounge and bar area. To provide the highest quality of guest service in the Lounge and Bar with the aim of exceeding customer expectations at all times, ensuring total guest satisfaction, maximising repeat custom and maintaining quality standards. This is an excellent opportunity to join the junior management team.
Lounge & Bar Supervisor Key Responsibilities:
- To deputise, when necessary, for the Lounge & Bars Manager
- In the manager's absence, to lead the service of food and beverages to the standard set, supporting the Food and Beverage Assistants
- Lay up and break down of the Lounge for various services throughout the day, as per Function details or as directed.
- Correct handling, storage and cleaning of all food service equipment as detailed on the work plans.
