Key Responsibilities:
- To deliver high-quality food and beverage service in the lounge and bar area, ensuring an excellent customer experience while maintaining high standards of service, cleanliness, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- To be familiar with and understand the day’s menus.
- Lay up tables for Lounge & Bar as directed.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and deliver them promptly.
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the bar, lounge, and service areas.
- Create a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere for all guests.
- Follow all food safety and hygiene procedures.
- Correct handling, storage and cleaning of all food service equipment as detailed on the work plans.
