Food & Beverage Overview: To ensure the highest standards of service and customer care are maintained regarding all aspects of Food & Beverage operations within the hotel. This includes Conference & Banqueting, Restaurant, Lounge, Bars, Terrace, Pool Bar and Room Service, working within a service and sales-led culture.
Food & Beverage Key Responsibilities:
- To ensure professional Guest focus at all times, ensuring all Guests are acknowledged warmly wherever you find them throughout the Hotel.
- To be an ambassador for Tylney Hall Hotel and promote our varied services and events to all guests.
- To arrive on shift well-presented and ready to work, reporting immediately to the area supervisor and taking responsibility for ensuring you are equipped for the required tasks (e.g., order pad and pen, bottle opener).
- To attend pre-shift briefing as required, and to follow the direction of supervisory staff on duty with regard to tasks, asking for assistance if you are unsure or need support.
- To proactively seek out tasks to complete, and to support the supervisory staff on duty at all times.
