Much like our Cocktails we offer a fresh and lively atmosphere to work in. A close team of diverse backgrounds are ready and waiting to welcome you into your fun and rewarding career as one of our Bar Assistants.
Joining our team you need to have experience of a minimum of two years bar experience and extensive knowledge cocktail/mixology making, minimum one year. The Grand Hotel is a premium luxury venue that guests love to indulge in, be spoilt and relax. We pride serving our guests with the highest quality, and we are seeking the most welcoming, friendly and attentive people to continue our standards in high customer service.
If you already have some customer service experience we would love to hear more. We have our busiest days on the weekends, as you can imagine working in a seaside hotel, therefore we would require you to have flexibility to work weekends, evenings and bank holidays.
We need you to be 18 years of age because of the licensing laws, have a great command of the English language, including speech, reading and writing skills, but most of all we love to see enthusiasm, a genuine smile and an ability to adapt under pressure.
