We are looking for a reliable and organised Hotel Accounts Assistant to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing invoices and payments
- Bank reconciliations and cashiering
- Assisting with month end and financial records and reporting
- Supporting the Finance Manager with daily accounting tasks
- Maintaining accurate financial records and filing
What we're looking for:
- Previous accounts experience (hotel experience would be advantageous)
- Good attention to detail and organisational skills
- Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Experience with accounting software
- A positive attitude and the ability to work independently
- A sense of humour
