The primary focus of the role will be ensuring the smooth running of the cocktail bar; ensuring all stock is up-to-date, the area is well presented and ensuring guests receive a high standard of service. You will also provide support to the wider Food and Beverage Team, covering service in the Lounges and Restaurants as required.
