Overview

To ensure the highest standards of service and customer care are maintained regarding all aspects of Food & Beverage operations within the hotel.

This includes Lounge and Bar, working within a service- and sales-led culture.

Key Responsibilities may include

  • To lead the service of food and beverages in the Lounge & Bar
  • To ensure all guests receive the highest level of service at all times, always promoting the hotel and its image.
  • In the Manager's absence, to lead the service of food and beverages to the standard set, supporting the Food and Beverage Assistants
  • Lay up and break down of the Lounge for various services throughout the day, as per Function details or as directed.
  • Have thorough knowledge of the hotel facilities so that you can inform guests and promote these when asked.
