The predicted salary is between 20250 - 24750 £ per year.
This hands-on and practical training position plays a key role in embedding Elite Hotel’s culture, service standards and behavioural expectations across the property. Through on-the-job, online and classroom training, working closely with the Human Resources Manager and Heads of Departments across the Hotel operation, you will ensure learning programmes are translated to consistent on-the-floor performance, supporting managers to build capability, accountability and engagement with their teams.
You will design, deliver and support a range of learning and development activities to develop consistent standards that reflect the Company’s culture and the ethos of delivering distinctive, engaged and guest-centric service.
As Training Officer you will have experience of delivering a wide variety of activities from induction, statutory and compliance training to customer service - ideally within a hospitality setting. As a natural role model you will set the tone for a thriving learning environment including supporting the hotel’s apprenticeship activities and mentor guest-facing apprentices in the completion of their apprenticeship programme.
This role will suit someone who:
- Can demonstrate previous experience in training and coaching in a hospitality environment
- Has excellent verbal and written communication skills, be highly organised, passionate and self-motivated
- Is enthusiastic, customer-focused and be able to work within deadlines
- Can be flexible towards hours to suit operational learning needs
32 hours per week, site based, flexible days.
