We are currently looking for an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to join a new residential project based in Oxford, supporting the final stages of the build. This is a 3-month contract focused on finishing works and commissioning, ideal for someone who can come in and drive the job over the line.
The Role:
- Supervising mechanical works on a residential project
- Overseeing site operatives and subcontractors
- Managing final fix, snagging, and commissioning
- Ensuring works are completed to a high standard and in line with programme
- Coordinating with site management and other trades
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Mechanical Supervisor
- Background in residential projects
- Experience with commissioning and project handover
- SSSTS – essential
- Strong organisational and communication skills
