EliteHire Solutions are looking for an experienced Mechanical HVAC Building Project Manager to join a well-established Midlands based M&E design and build contractor delivering commercial and industrial projects valued from £50k to £5m+. This role is ideal for a seasoned Mechanical professional who enjoys owning projects from design through installation, commissioning and final handover.

The Role

  • System design, specifications and technical submissions
  • Procurement of suppliers and subcontractors
  • Site coordination and subcontractor management
  • Cost control, variations, forecasts and applications for payment
  • Client meetings, site inspections and issue resolution
  • Commissioning, handover and O&M documentation

What We're Looking For

  • HNC/HND/Degree in Mechanical or Building Services (or equivalent experience)
  • 10+ years in Mechanical HVAC design & build projects
  • Strong commercial and project delivery experience
  • AutoCAD knowledge (BIM experience beneficial)
  • Confident communicator and problem solver
