Due to continued growth, we are recruiting for an experienced Electrical Estimator to join a well-established M&E contractor based in Nottingham. Working within a successful pre-construction team, you will be responsible for pricing a variety of commercial electrical projects ranging from £100k to £5m across sectors including commercial, education, healthcare, retail and industrial.

The Role

  • Preparing accurate electrical tenders and cost plans
  • Reviewing drawings, specifications and tender documents
  • Obtaining and analysing supplier and subcontractor quotations
  • Identifying value engineering opportunities
  • Attending tender meetings and supporting project handovers

Requirements

  • Previous experience as an Electrical Estimator
  • Commercial project experience
  • Strong understanding of electrical installations and building services
  • Excellent commercial awareness and attention to detail
