Assistant Electrical Estimator & Pre-Construction Manager – Croughton (NN13); Hybrid (4 office days / 1 WFH) | Full Time | Up to £40,000.
EliteHire Solutions are looking for an Assistant Electrical Estimator & Pre-Construction Manager to join a growing electrical contractor supporting projects across commercial, industrial, renewables and high-end residential sectors.
Ideal for a hands-on electrician ready to step off the tools or a junior estimator / graduate wanting to build a long-term pre-construction career.
Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate electrical estimates and tender submissions
- Review drawings, specs and scopes
- Carry out take-offs and obtain supplier/subcontractor quotes
- Attend site visits and pre-tender meetings
- Support design development and technical submissions post-award
- Work closely with directors, engineers and contracts teams
- Help shape cost-effective, buildable solutions
What We’re Looking For
- Electrical site experience or relevant qualification/degree
- Strong knowledge of electrical installations and regulations
- Confident with Excel and estimating tools
- Commercial awareness and attention to detail
- Proactive, organised and eager to learn
- Full UK driving licence
