We’re looking for an experienced Multi-Skilled Operative / Carpenter to carry out external works, repairs, and refurbishment across healthcare, education, commercial and public buildings.
What you’ll do
- General maintenance & property repairs
- Brickwork, plastering, slabbing, roofing, basic carpentry
- Reactive and planned works
- Work allocated via tablet/PDA
- Deliver safe, high-quality jobs on time
What you’ll need
- NVQ Level 2+ trade qualification
- CSCS card
- Full driving licence (max 3 points)
- Able to pass DBS check
- Confident working independently and with clients
Nice to have (training provided if not)
- IPAF, PASMA, First Aid, Asbestos Awareness
