Maintenance Mechanical Engineer – Warwick Salary: £40,000 – £43,000 + Company Vehicle + Benefits Whats On Offer: * Competitive salary (£40,000 – £43,000) * Company vehicle, PPE & corporate clothing provided * 25 days holiday + 8 statutory days * Westfield Health Cash Plan & NEST pension * Monday to Friday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) An established and highly regarded Mechanical & Electrical Contractor is seeking an experienced Maintenance Mechanical Engineer to join their team. The Role: * Reporting to the Mechanical Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for both reactive and planned maintenance across a variety of commercial and domestic settings, including: * Offices, Health Centres, Hotels, Schools, Care Homes & Student Accommodation * Fault-finding and rectifying leaks, toilets, showers, heating systems & drainage Boiler servicing, temperature control issues, heating, ventilation & water systems * Supporting major projects during the 12-24 month defect period * Conducting planned maintenance (e.g., annual checks on heating and hot/cold water systems) What We’re Looking For: * At least 5 years of experience in the construction industry (install or maintenance) * NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing (Domestic & Commercial) * NVQ in Heating & Ventilation * Gas Safe Qualification (Domestic minimum) * Valid CSCS Skilled Card * Full UK Driving License * Excellent customer service & communication skills * Ability to work independently, making proactive decisions
