We are recruiting for an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join a well-established and growing Building Services contractor.
This is an excellent opportunity to manage a range of commercial electrical projects from pre-construction through to completion.
The Role
- Manage electrical projects from inception to handover.
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site teams.
- Monitor project programmes, costs and commercial performance.
- Attend client and site meetings, maintaining strong working relationships.
- Oversee procurement, commissioning and project documentation.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and quality standards.
About You
- Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager within the Building Services or M&E sector.
- Strong knowledge of commercial electrical installations.
- Excellent organisational, communication and leadership skills.
- Commercially aware with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- SMSTS, ECS/CSCS Management Card and relevant electrical qualifications are advantageous.
