A well-established M&E contractor is looking to recruit an experienced Mechanical Site Manager / Supervisor to join their team. Working across a range of commercial, industrial, education, and healthcare projects, you will oversee the delivery of multi-million-pound mechanical packages on site.
The Role
- Supervising mechanical works on site from start through to completion
- Managing site teams, subcontractors, and day-to-day operations
- Ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard
- Coordinating with project managers and other trades on site
- Monitoring progress and reporting back to senior management
- Ensuring full health & safety compliance
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Mechanical Site Manager or Supervisor
- Background working on commercial or mixed-sector M&E projects
- Strong understanding of mechanical services
- SSSTS or SMSTS preferred
- Good communication and organisational skills
