EliteHire Solutions are looking for an experienced Mechanical HVAC Building Project Manager to join a well established Midlands based M&E design and build contractor delivering commercial and industrial projects valued from £50k to £5m. This role is ideal for a seasoned Mechanical professional who enjoys owning projects from design through installation, commissioning and final handover.
The Role
- You'll manage full lifecycle HVAC projects, including:
- System design, specifications and technical submissions
- Procurement of suppliers and subcontractors
- Site coordination and subcontractor management
- Cost control, variations, forecasts and applications for payment
- Client meetings, site inspections and issue resolution
- Commissioning, handover and O&M documentation
What We're Looking For
- HNC/HND/Degree in Mechanical or Building Services (or equivalent experience)
- 10 years in Mechanical HVAC design & build projects
- Strong commercial and project delivery experience
- AutoCAD knowledge (BIM experience beneficial)
- Confident communicator and problem solver
