Electrical Estimator – Birmingham Up to £65,000 + Package Projects: Commercial | Education | Residential We’re working with a well-established M&E contractor based in Birmingham who are looking to bring an experienced Electrical Estimator into their growing pre-construction team. With a strong order book across the commercial, education, and residential sectors, this is a great opportunity to join a company known for delivering high-quality building services projects. The Role: As an Electrical Estimator, you’ll be responsible for producing accurate and competitive estimates for electrical packages on a range of new build and refurbishment projects across the Midlands. You\’ll be involved from early pricing stages through to handover, working closely with the Directors and Project Managers. What You’ll Get: * Salary up to £65,000 (depending on experience) * Full benefits package including car allowance, pension, holidays * A secure, long-term position within a growing, forward-thinking contractor * Modern, supportive office environment with real opportunity for progression What We’re Looking For: * Proven experience as an Electrical Estimator within the building services or M&E contracting sector * Strong knowledge of commercial, education, and residential projects * Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications * Comfortable using estimating software (e.g. Trimble/Amtech/Estimation) * Excellent attention to detail, numeracy, and communication skills * Relevant electrical qualifications or background in electrical contracting
