We are a leading M&E contracting company delivering high-quality electrical projects across commercial and industrial multi-million-pound sectors. We are looking for an experienced Electrical Estimator to join our Warrington team. This is a high-responsibility role with excellent career progression and a competitive salary package.

As an Electrical Estimator, you will take ownership of preparing accurate, competitive bids for multi-million-pound electrical projects. You will work closely with the commercial and project teams, manage supplier/subcontractor relationships, and ensure bids are delivered on time and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities
  • Preparing detailed cost estimates for electrical projects across commercial and industrial multi-million-pound developments.
  • Performing take-offs from drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
  • Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing.
  • Supporting the commercial team in tender submissions and bid presentations.
  • Ensuring all estimates are accurate, compliant, and delivered within deadlines.
  • Mentoring junior estimators and supporting career development within the team.
Requirements
  • Strong electrical background with significant estimating experience in M&E building services.
  • Proven experience in commercial and industrial multi-million-pound projects.
  • Excellent knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately.
  • Strong numerical, analytical, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience managing bids and working with multi-disciplinary teams.
