Electrical Estimator – Wolverhampton – £65K + Car Allowance + Pension Are you an experienced Electrical Estimator looking for a rewarding role with an established M&E contractor? We are recruiting for a skilled estimator to join a leading contractor based in Wolverhampton, specializing in commercial, industrial, education, healthcare, Ministry of Justice (MOJ), and Ministry of Defence (MOD) sectors. Key Responsibilities: * Prepare Cost Estimates: Develop accurate and detailed electrical estimates for a variety of projects. * Analyze Drawings and Specifications: Review technical drawings, specifications, and requirements to determine project scope and materials needed. * Bid Coordination: Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain accurate quotes and costings for project bids. * Value Engineering: Identify potential cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality. * Client Liaison: Work closely with clients and project teams to clarify project requirements and ensure successful bid submissions. * Risk Analysis: Assess potential risks within project scope and suggest mitigation strategies. * Project Handover: Support the project management team in the handover process to ensure a smooth transition from estimating to execution.
