We are currently looking for an experienced Mechanical Supervisor / Site Manager to oversee a healthcare project in Derby. This is a long-term opportunity with 6 months of work initially and additional projects lined up for the right person.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day supervision of mechanical works on a healthcare site
- Managing mechanical subcontractors and direct labour
- Ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to programme
- Coordinating with the main contractor, site teams, and other trades
- Maintaining high standards of health & safety and quality control
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Mechanical Supervisor or Site Manager
- SSSTS (Essential)
- Strong understanding of mechanical services within healthcare environments
- Ability to manage labour, progress, and site documentation
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
