Key Duties:
- Mechanical maintenance across healthcare facilities
- General plumbing works including fixing leaks, pipework repairs, taps, toilets and valves
- Planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
- Reactive maintenance tasks
- Managing daily jobs via an online maintenance portal
- Fault finding and completing repairs efficiently
- Completing digital job reports
- Working in line with health & safety procedures
Essential Requirements:
- Experience as a Mechanical FM Engineer or Mechanical Maintenance Engineer
- Strong general plumbing skills
- Experience within FM / healthcare environments preferred
- Relevant mechanical or plumbing qualifications
- Full UK driving licence
- Ability to work independently
