The Role
- Supervising mechanical installation teams across multiple projects
- Ensuring works are completed to a high standard and in line with project specifications
- Coordinating labour, materials and subcontractors
- Leading site meetings and liaising with clients and project managers
- Maintaining strict health & safety compliance
- Supporting the smooth delivery of commercial, industrial and healthcare projects
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Mechanical Supervisor
- Strong understanding of commercial and industrial M&E installations
- Ability to manage teams and coordinate site activities effectively
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Relevant mechanical qualifications (NVQ / City & Guilds / SSSTS or equivalent desired)
