Elite Hair Lounge is seeking an organised Operations Manager to lead day-to-day operations across its Stockwell and Lewisham salons in London. You’ll own recruitment, performance management, budgeting, inventory and client experience, while collaborating with the Founder and salon managers to scale as the business grows.
The role focuses on building reliable systems, monitoring KPIs, and maintaining service standards across both locations with a hands-on leadership approach.
