Job Overview
We are looking for a highly driven Inside Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team and support the business in increasing revenue and product penetration within the Elite customer base. You will be expected to directly cross-sell strategic products into the general base (typically smaller businesses with up to 50 employees) by making outbound calls and adding incremental value through the sales you make. This is a fast-paced environment, and the expectation is that you hit the ground running once induction is completed. You will receive regular coaching and support to develop your skills, along with a personal development plan to help you achieve your career objectives.
We operate a structured hybrid working scheme to support our employees in their work-life balance. Office working days are Monday, Wednesday and Friday and Tuesdays and Thursdays are working from home days. Employees who live more than 40 miles away from a Company office are usually home workers, with agreed office attendance at least once a month.
