We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to drive the end‑to‑end delivery of customer solutions across Elite’s portfolio of Cloud Communications, Unified Communications, Connectivity, and Contact Centre services. In this fast‑paced role, you will oversee multiple customer projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring delivery against agreed scope, timelines, budgets, and quality expectations. You will build strong relationships across customers, suppliers, and internal teams, collaborating with cross‑functional stakeholders to deliver seamless solutions and meaningful customer outcomes.
A day in the life of a Project Manager looks a little like this:
- Manage projects from initiation through to successful completion and customer handover.
- Deliver projects within agreed scope, budget, timescales, and quality standards.
- Function as the primary customer contact throughout project delivery.
- Coordinate internal teams, suppliers, and third‑party partners.
- Produce and maintain project plans, RAID logs, and project documentation.
- Manage project risks, issues, dependencies and change requests.
- Monitor project budgets, billing milestones, and commercial performance.
- Facilitate project meetings and provide regular stakeholder reporting.
- Ensure compliance with company processes, governance standards, and GDPR requirements.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the PMO and wider delivery function.
Who we’re looking for:
- Experience delivering customer‑facing projects within a telecommunications, cloud communications, managed services, or technology solutions provider environment.
- Experience delivering Infrastructure, Connectivity, Cloud or Communications solutions.
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects of varying size and complexity.
- Experience collaborating with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and external customers.
- Experience managing project risks, issues, dependencies and change requests.
- Experience delivering projects against agreed budgets and deadlines.
- Strong stakeholder management and customer‑facing communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent customer projects in a dynamic delivery environment.
- PRINCE2 Foundation or Practitioner qualification.
- Agile or Scrum certification.
- Knowledge of Mitel, Zoom, 8×8, Microsoft Teams or Contact Centre platforms.
- Experience within a Telecommunications, UCaaS, CCaaS or Managed Services Provider environment.
- Understanding of SIP, WAN, LAN, SD‑WAN, Connectivity and Cloud technologies.
- Experience supporting project governance within a PMO environment.
