We are looking for an experienced Lead Teacher to join a specialist education provision supporting young people. This is a genuine teaching and leadership role, giving you the opportunity to continue doing what you enjoy in the classroom while taking responsibility for the quality and development of education across the provision. You ll spend approximately 2 days a week teaching, delivering vocational learning and building strong relationships with learners. The remaining 3 days will be focused on leadership and management, supporting the teaching team and helping shape the quality of education across the site. The Role As Lead Teacher, you will play a key role in creating a safe, structured and aspirational learning environment for young people with a range of complex needs and behaviours.
