Qualifications, Skills and Experience
- A recognised teaching qualification
- A clear understanding of Study Programmes and effective approaches to planning and assessment
- Strong knowledge of behaviour management techniques and their practical application
- The ability to adapt teaching and learning strategies to meet individual learner needs and maximise achievement
- Relevant classroom teaching experience
- The ability to manage emotionally demanding situations effectively
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive and professional relationships with students, colleagues, parents/carers, and wider stakeholders where appropriate
