I’m currently working with a growing ecommerce business looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Manager to take full ownership of their digital strategy and performance. This is a rare opportunity to join as the first dedicated marketing hire, giving you a genuine blank canvas to shape the direction of digital growth. You’ll work directly with senior leadership, combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution to unlock several underutilised channels and accelerate online performance.
We’re looking for someone who brings strong technical digital expertise, but also a creative flair for social and content, particularly across Meta and TikTok.
What you’ll be responsible for:
- Owning and developing the overall digital marketing strategy
- Building a content-led growth engine (video and written)
- Managing and growing organic and paid social channels, including UGC strategies
- Overseeing the Ecommerce platform, improving UX, SEO, and conversion
- Driving technical SEO performance across the website
- Owning data, analytics, tracking and reporting to measure performance and identify opportunities
- Developing email and CRM strategies to increase customer retention and revenue
- Managing digital projects with external developers and partners
