Elite Executive Recruitment is seeking a dedicated Functional Skills Teacher to deliver Maths and English from Entry Level to Level 2 in a supportive, learner-centred environment for disadvantaged learners in Lancashire. This term-time role (41 weeks per year) offers a meaningful, balanced workload.
You will plan, differentiate, assess progress, and provide constructive feedback, building strong relationships with learners, families and professionals to support progress and positive outcomes.
