About You We’re looking for an experienced teacher who is ready to take their career a step further and have a wider influence on both learners and the team around them. You’ll ideally have: * QTS, or a willingness to work towards it. * Experience as a Designated Safeguarding Lead, or relevant safeguarding experience/qualification. * Experience working with young people with complex needs, additional learning needs and/or challenging behaviour. * Previous experience of leading or line managing staff. * Experience setting objectives or KPIs and conducting supervision and performance reviews. * Strong knowledge of teaching, learning and behaviour management. * The ability to adapt teaching and learning to meet individual needs. * Confidence to lead, support and challenge colleagues when required. * Strong organisational and communication skills. * A genuine commitment to helping young people progress and achieve their potential. For someone who enjoys teaching but is ready for greater responsibility, influence and leadership, this offers the best of both worlds. Most importantly, you’ll be working with young people who need educators who are prepared to see beyond the barriers and find an approach that works for them.
