We are looking for a motivated and organised Recruitment and Progression Officer to support learners throughout their journey on our programme. This role combines learner recruitment, employer engagement and ongoing learner support to help young people progress into education, training and employment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit learners onto vocational programmes and manage the enrolment process.
  • Build relationships with schools, colleges, Local Authorities, NEET teams and referral partners.
  • Carry out learner reviews and support progression planning.
  • Source and coordinate work placements with local employers.
  • Support learners during placements through regular contact and site visits.
  • Work closely with teaching staff, parents, carers and external agencies to help learners succeed.

About You

  • Level 2 English and Maths (minimum).
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
  • Experience working in education, employability, youth support or vocational training.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to motivate and support young people.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office.
