As our next Customer Service Coordinator, you will manage day-to-day customer service administrative tasks, including:
- Customer orders
- Deliveries
- Providing support to the wider team
Coordinate with internal departments including sales, purchasing, and production to ensure smooth delivery. Report and record customer complaints, delivery failures, and returned loads.
Requirements:
- Solid working knowledge of MS Office packages, particularly Excel
- Administrative experience
