As our next Customer Service Coordinator, you will manage day-to-day customer service administrative tasks, including customer orders, deliveries and providing support to the wider team.
Key Responsibilities- Act as a vital link between our customers and our internal teams.
- Expedite orders through internal and external liaison.
- Coordinate with internal departments including sales, purchasing and production to ensure smooth delivery.
- Report and record customer complaints, delivery failures, and returned loads.
- Perform other general administrative duties as required, keeping on top of multiple tasks while maintaining excellent attention to detail.
- Knowledge and experience of working with an MRP system.
- Solid working knowledge of MS Office packages, particularly Excel.
- Administrative experience.
