RESPONSIBLE TO: Operations Director

DIVISION: Power Platform

LOCATION & HOURS OF WORK: The company has a policy of allowing its employees to work from home. UK travel will not normally be required except for training or periodically scheduled Company meetings. You will normally work between 37 and 40 hours a week, 9:00am to 5.30pm, Monday to Thursday and 9:00am to 5:00pm on Fridays. Additional hours may be required to meet deadlines, which could include evenings and weekends.

WHO WE ARE AND WHAT WE DO: A Microsoft Dynamics Reseller and Microsoft Gold Partner specialising in delivering business solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics technology and associated 3rd party products into the holiday home industry including holiday home manufacturers and dealers, park operators and marinas.

OVERALL RESPONSIBILITY:

  • Operate as an internal and external subject matter expert in relation to Power platform
  • Engage in full project lifecycles on multiple small and large Dynamics 365 projects to implement the EliteCRM product for Elite Dynamics’ customers
  • Gather requirements, engaging with stakeholders and shadowing workshops.
  • Support of customers Dynamics 365 platform and continued evolution of the Dynamics based Elite solution offerings within the Power Platform
  • Ensure best practice and processes are followed using approved processes, protecting our client’s investment in the Elite Dynamics suite of products
  • Undertake presentations and demonstrations to existing and prospective clients including training
  • Ensure development is carried out in a structured process driven way (Dev / UAT / Live)
  • Maintain constant communication with the Project Manager and other team members

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

  • Significant experience gained applying Power Platform to customer requirements
  • Experience of using Power Platform with AI and copilot
  • Experience with delivering and composing customer training
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Microsoft Certification – PL-900

DESIRABLE SKILLS:

  • Microsoft Certification – PL-600
  • Resourceful, energetic, and enthusiastic, prepared to go the “extra mile”
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • The ability to work on your own initiative without supervision whilst contributing and participating to the team
  • Ability to manage workload and time according to SLA’s
  • Good attention to detail and investigation skills

Please note that travelling may be required both for training and project purposes.
