RESPONSIBLE TO: Operations Director
DIVISION: Operations
LOCATION & HOURS OF WORK: The company has a policy of allowing its employees to work from home. UK travel will not normally be required except for training or periodically scheduled Company meetings. You will normally work between 37 and 40 hours a week, 9:00am to 5.30pm, Monday to Thursday and 9:00am to 5:00pm on Fridays. Additional hours may be required to meet deadlines, which could include evenings and weekends.
WHO WE ARE AND WHAT WE DO: A Microsoft Dynamics Reseller and Microsoft Gold Partner specialising in delivering business solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics technology and associated 3rd party products into the holiday home industry including holiday home manufacturers and dealers, park operators and marinas.
OVERALL RESPONSIBILITY:
- Lead Microsoft Business Central projects and implementations with a finance focus, oversee application consultants and maintain ownership of overall solution throughout.
- Gather requirements, engage with stakeholders and conduct business process workshops and solution walk-throughs.
- Engage in full project lifecycles on multiple simultaneous Dynamics 365 projects through effective time management and prioritization.
- Work closely with development, project office and other operations team members in the delivery of projects on time and on budget while exceeding customer expectations.
- Author technical and functional specification documentation according to Elite standards.
- Ability to communicate at all levels ensuring buy-in, managing risk and driving decision-making.
- Ability to be flexible to changing business requirements while at the same time, being commercially mindful.
- Hands-on style and coaching approach to project team.
- Provide onsite and offsite professional services, as required, including training.
- Perform hands-on system builds and adhere to all information security and change management policies and procedures.
- Support and champion the Dynamics 365 platform and the continued evolution of the Elite solution offerings.
- Ensure best practices are followed using proven project delivery processes, protecting our client’s investment in the Elite Dynamics suite of products and maintaining customer confidence at all times.
- Undertake presentations and demonstrations to existing and prospective clients.
- Participate in project retrospectives and seek continuous improvements in process and procedure to further Elite’s best-in-class delivery methodology.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
- Significant experience gained in Microsoft Dynamics (Business Central – Finance).
- Experience in business process analysis.
- Superior communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Accountancy background (AAT Level 4 beneficial).
- Excellent management/leadership skills.
DESIRABLE SKILLS:
- Dynamics 365 certifications.
- Degree educated or equivalent (beneficial).
PERSONAL SKILLS:
- A professional and “can do” attitude.
- An ability to be self-motivated in a remote-first work setting and driven to achieve professional goals.
