Elite Dancers Academy is one of London's leading dance schools for children. We have several venues and are looking for someone initially part-time that can grow with the school over time.
We are seeking an organised, proactive, and people-focused Business Manager & Personal Assistant to the Principal to support the smooth day-to-day running of our dance school. This is a key role within the business, combining administration, customer service, staff coordination, and strategic support to help the school grow and thrive.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee daily administrative operations of the dance school
- Manage emails and communication with new and existing clients
- Handle customer service enquiries professionally and efficiently
- Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems
- Support bookkeeping tasks (invoicing, payments, tracking expenses)
- Organise and manage class timetables and schedules
- Assist with staff management and coordination
- Support onboarding of new staff members
- Act as a key point of contact between staff and the Principal
- Provide direct PA support to the Principal
- Assist with planning, organisation, and prioritisation of tasks
- Help ensure the business runs efficiently behind the scenes
- Contribute ideas to help grow and improve the business
- Assist with implementing new systems, processes, or initiatives
- Support client retention and positive customer experiences
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Confident managing emails, schedules, and administrative tasks
