We’re now looking for a Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team—someone who can help keep equipment running smoothly, minimise downtime, and make a real impact in fast-paced production environments. This is a varied, hands-on role offering stability, career development, and the opportunity to work with a close-knit team across multiple sites and projects.
What you’ll do:
- Carry out proactive and reactive maintenance on industrial machinery.
- Diagnose and resolve electrical & mechanical faults efficiently.
- Work across electrical, mechanical, hydraulic & pneumatic systems.
- Troubleshoot issues including PLC and control systems.
- Support production teams to minimise downtime and maximise efficiency.
- Assist with installation, upgrades, and improvement projects.
- Plan and execute preventative maintenance schedules.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and organised working environment at all times.
What you’ll bring:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in FMCG, manufacturing, or automated environments.
- Strong electrical & mechanical troubleshooting skills.
- Knowledge of PLCs / automation systems (desirable).
- Relevant qualifications (City & Guilds / NVQ or equivalent).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A proactive, safety-focused mindset with strong problem-solving ability.
- Willingness to learn, develop, and contribute to continuous improvement.

- Salary up to £42,000 DOE.
