We are a recruitment agency looking for CLASS 2 ADR Driver.
The Role:
- Carry out daily vehicle safety checks, reporting any faults to the Line Manager, ensuring that the Company vehicle allocated is maintained in a roadworthy and clean condition, documenting appropriate checks and reporting any faults immediately.
- Refuel Vehicle.
- Ensure the vehicle is kept clean and tidy and only used for business purposes.
- Assist in loading assembled orders onto the vehicle, ensuring that the payload is within the limits for the vehicle and that the permissible axle weights are not exceeded and that goods are safely loaded for delivery.
- Ensure duties are carried out complying fully with the requirements of the Company Operators Licence.
- Ensure all scheduled deliveries are completed on time, in full on a daily basis (6-8 per day).
- Be polite and courteous to internal and external customers at all times.
Working Hours:
- 10 Hours Per Day, Monday - Friday, maybe weekends.
- Early starts FROM 5AM.
- Own Vehicle an advantage due to the early starts.
- Possible Temp - Perm for the Right Candidate.
- Additional Hours when required by the business, this could be hours outside of the driving role.
Requirements:
- Delivering chemicals / adblue.
- CPC and Digital Tachocard is Essential.
