An established, world-class manufacturer are seeking a skilled Field Service Electrician to join its specialist engineering team. This is a confidential appointment offering the chance to work with technically advanced equipment, receive industry-leading training, and build a long-term career within a stable, progressive organisation.
This role is ideal for an electrically trained engineer who enjoys working in the field, takes pride in quality workmanship, and wants to develop their expertise with complex, high-value machinery. You’ll act as a trusted technical partner to customers, ensuring equipment reliability, safety and performance while delivering a consistently professional service.
Responsibilities of the Role:- Electrical servicing, inspection, repair and assembly of tower cranes
- Diagnosing faults and implementing effective solutions
- Supporting commissioning, testing and documentation sign-off
- Ensuring all work meets manufacturer, safety and quality standards
- Liaising closely with internal support teams and customers
- Managing service documentation, manuals and returned components
- Maintaining a clean, safe and professional work environment at all times
- A completed electrical apprenticeship (or equivalent industry qualification)
- Hold a 17th or 18th Edition qualification
- Ideally hold experience working within the tower crane industry
- Must be prepared to travel with the occasional night away from home
- Hold a Full UK driving license
