The requirements of the Service Manager will be:
- Responsible for the day-to-day management of the Road Equipment team
- Manage the growth and development of the after-market business
- Contribute to achieving national goals
- Ensure compliance with all processes and dealer operating standards
- Maintain customer relationships and understand requirements by establishing close liaisons with Road machinery customers
- Ensure appropriate and timely problem resolution, both internally and externally
The ideal candidate for Service Manager will have:
- Experience in a similar Service Manager role in a dealer environment within the Road/Construction/Agricultural industry
- The ability to organise the day-to-day organisation/scheduling of breakdowns, engineers and parts requirements
- A strong customer focus and able to deliver on commitments internally and externally
- Understanding of our customer’s needs
- Team player and ability to work on own initiative
