We are working with a recognised construction rental company, known for providing lifting solutions to major construction, infrastructure, and energy projects. With a strong European backing, the business partners with some of the industry’s most respected organisations to deliver complex projects with precision.
We are seeking a driven and commercially astute Sales Manager to expand their UK presence. This is a high-impact role suited to a proactive sales professional who thrives on building relationships, identifying opportunities, and delivering measurable growth. You’ll be empowered to take ownership of your region and build long-lasting partnerships with key clients.
Responsibilities of the Role:
- Identifying and securing new crane hire and sales opportunities across target regions
- Developing and executing strategic plans to expand market share
- Building strong, long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Conducting market research and competitor analysis to spot growth opportunities
- Managing the full sales cycle—from prospecting to negotiation and closing deals
- Collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions
- Representing the business at industry events and networking opportunities
Requirements of Role:
- Proven experience in sales or business development within construction rental sectors
- Previous experience working within the Crane Hire, Plant Hire, Powered Access industries
- Proven sales background selling into Tier 1 & Tier 2 construction companies
- Proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently
- Hold a UK driving licence
