Responsibilities

  • Provide expert product advice on machine applications, performance, specifications, and pricing to support sales and customer requirements
  • Define and manage product strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with market needs and company goals
  • Act as the business expert on product platforms and competitor offerings, delivering insights to guide sales and marketing decisions
  • Support strategic machine demonstrations, using measurement tools and productivity data to deliver compelling sales arguments
  • Liaise with suppliers and technical teams to assess, design, and approve locally fitted attachments and machine options

Qualifications

  • Experience in the Road/Compact/Heavy Plant Equipment sector – essential
  • Familiarity with aftermarket processes, systems, and technical tools
  • Well‐organised and systematic in approach to tasks
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Self‐motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
